INTERNET APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
MID MARKET ERP DEVELOPMENT
September 3, 2009
Based on the high level requirements that are available from clients, we can estimate the effort for the design phase. Once that estimate is approved, we will go through a process of interviewing involved parties (including the client and other related third parties), reviewing the existing system (if applicable), identifying possible risks during the development and deployment process, researching different approach options, as well as defining the time table and milestones during the development phase. At the end of the design phase, we deliver a complete document with the detailed requirement specifications, flowcharts of the system’s business process, system object diagram, proposed technical approaches, identified risks and proposed solutions, timetable and milestones for the development phase, responsibilities for each party involved, and the mock-up user interfaces of the application. The creation and finalization of this document is due to the involvement of all parties to make sure everyone has common understanding of the project scope and the end result.
