Sage CRM Now Integrates with Social Media

Last week, my husband and I had time to enjoy the beauty around San Francisco. While we drove through the cities, we came across 1 Hacker Way, home of Facebook. It reminded me of how important social media is.

Sage CRM now integrates with LinkedIn in version 7. There are also components for Twitter, Facebook and Yammer.

Here is a brief list of functions:

LinkedIn
• Search for the LinkedIn profile of contacts from Sage CRM Interactive Dashboard

Twitter
• Check or reply to your, a person's, or a company's tweet from Sage CRM
• Add a Sage CRM note for any tweet you post against a person or a company from Sage CRM
• Allow Sage CRM users to manage a company's Twitter account from Sage CRM and users can create specific searches to identify what people post about their company.

Facebook
• Open a person or company's Facebook page in a new window from Sage CRM
• Open a pop-up tab in Sage CRM with the person or company's news feed 

Yammer
• View and post to your own or a company's news feed from Sage CRM
• Search for specific messages and communications from Sage CRM
• Add a Sage CRM note for any message you post against a company from Sage CRM
