Why Chinese Is So Damn Hard (2010)  

Learning Chinese must give David Moser a big headache, he wrote such a long complaint. Following his logic, I also looked up the equivalent of "it's Greek to me" in other languages and very interestingly almost all the languages use Chinese in their corresponding idioms. What is the corresponding idiom in Chinese then? "It's like ghost script" or "It's like heavenly script." 

This gets me to think about what a good design is. This article presents many interesting examples and points of view. It is quite enlightening to me. 

I am suffering from over-thinking simple stuff all the time. Once you know the potential pitfalls and gotchas, you just can't forgive yourself to not think about that.
