Recently, we worked on several small Sage CRM customization projects for our client, who is in the housing service industry. Here are two examples of them.
Lead Staging Button
We made a button called “Lead Staging” on a Sage CRM page to launch a batch file on the client (the user’s machine). The batch file copies an MS Access program from one of their network drives and places it on the user’s C: drive. It then opens the MS Access program. Now, the user proceeds to his next task with the Access program. With the customization, it streamlines and automates the process and saves users time and effort.
Last Known Client Communications Log
We made a report to pull the last known communications for Accounts (can be sorted by Account Stage) and it works for individuals as well as the team. The report helps users easily track their last communications with their clients by one click.
