Creating an Outbound Call List Detail for a Person in Sage CRM

Recently, we received a request to show the number of attempts, comments, and the time the call got through for the Outbound Calls under Person’s Tab.

To do this, we will need to do the following

·         Create a new view under Administration -> Customization -> Secondary Entities -> Outbound Call Lists -> Views to associate outbound call and person records

 

 

·         Create a new list under Administration -> Customization -> Secondary Entities -> Outbound Call Lists -> The Lists includes the columns we want to show under the Person tab.

 

 

·         Create a new “List Block” type block under Administration -> Customization -> Secondary Entities -> Outbound Call Lists -> The List Blocks shows the list we created in the previous step.

·         Add a new Call History entry to the Administration -> Customization -> Person -> Tabs -> Person Tab Group to show the list block.
