Today, I'd like to recount some conversations I had over the last three weeks that serve as an excellent example of how we help strengthen a business partner's current client relationships.
A forward-thinking Intacct accounting partner called me because he heard about our abilities to provide back office software development services to Intacct VARs and IAPs. After a short discussion of how we do business, I sent him our Master Services Agreement for his review, authorization, and return. I describe this business partner as forward thinking because getting the MSA out of the way removes a necessary task standing between us and a discussion about actual opportunities.
Then, he set up a conference call with an existing customer for whom he already completed an integration between Intacct and Infusionsoft CRM. His customer desires additional build out of that integration. Can CodePartners and BTerrell help? You bet we can, and our business analysts will soon complete discovery with this client so we can propose the desired improvements.
