CodePartners, the programming department at BTerrell Group, provides value added services to Intacct and Sage business partners around the world. We were floored the other day to realize our customer footprint extends to 36 countries around the globe. That’s exciting but not possible unless we consistency deliver the last mile of functionality to our business partners' end user clients. And, none of this would work if the underlying technology does not facilitate that expertise.

Intacct Platform Services provides an ideal footprint on which a business partner can deliver something that absolutely WOWs a client. No doubt, the end-user clients become raving fans of our business partners because of the complicated and time intensive processes we help them automate. Accordingly, I love my job. We create enterprise value for not only those end-user clients but also our business partners. It’s a wonderful thing!

Recently, I received an entirely unsolicited voice mail from an Intacct business partner who expressed it much better than I could ever do. In fact, I couldn’t even make up something as good as this. Here it is - verbatim - with the names changed (except for Jennifer and Gwen the actual BTerrell/CodePartners managers on the project): 

Hey, Brian, it's Melanie from All Star VAR, hey I just got off a go to meeting with Jennifer and Gwen regarding the XYZ automation project and I just wanted to say what an amazing, fantastic job you guys have done. Looks like you've given exactly what they wanted. I just, I'm really just blown away at what you guys continue to do, continue to impress. I just thought I should tell you because I know you were in that call way back in August, I know there's been some changes in personnel but you know, it just looks like you guys hit it out of the ballpark and out of the parking lot as well.

I just want to give you my sincere thanks, appreciation. Literally just wow, you've got to get this on the marketplace as well. I know another supplier has their own thing, but yours just blows theirs away. Don't need to call me back if you don't want, but again, just my sincere thanks and just let everyone know how impressed that product, that module looks. Anyway, 800-555-1234, extension 101.
