Dallas, Texas – January 6, 2014 – BTerrell Group LLP, a Dallas-based consulting firm focused on implementing and optimizing ERP, CRM and HRMS systems for mid-sized companies, today announced that Keith Karnes has been named President of BTerrell Group and CodePartners.
Karnes joined BTerrell Group in April of 2013 to lead the company’s efforts in launching the company’s Intacct practice, after providing similar services with Tenetus, LLC.
“2013 has been a year of unprecedented growth for BTerrell Group and Code Partners, in large part due to Keith’s efforts,” said Brian Terrell, Managing Partner of BTerrell Group. “Not only has he managed to build a thriving business where we help customers with their ERP implementations and management, but helped land the third largest deal in Intacct channel history, leading BTerrell Group to be named Intacct’s Partner of the Month for November 2013.”
Karnes brings a strong financial, accounting and technical background to his new role as President. During his career, he has served in capacities as COO and CFO, giving him awareness of the issues facing mid-sized businesses in many areas. He has actively transitioned companies into new phases of growth and stability.

When not working, Keith enjoys golf and road biking. He maintains his CPA and CITP credentials and received his degree from Southern Methodist University. Keith lives in Dallas with his wife and has three grown sons.
